Frederick Kobla Dortso, Esq. is a private legal practitioner practicing with Nyamekye and Partners, a Corporate and Litigation law firm situated at East legon, Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana. He has great interest in Legal Technology and Energy Law with a focus on Renewable Energy and its impact on the African Economy. He is currently an LLM candidate at University of Ghana School of Law where he is reading an LLM program in Energy law. At Tecotran Global Ltd, Mr Dortso is a Director, the Company’s Secretary and the principal Legal Advisor. Aside the law, Mr Dortso has great passion for fashion reason for which he has set up a Men’s Apparel business named Haute and Guy which specializes in the sale of Suits, bespoke men’s shirts and Timepieces (both pocket and wristwatches).

As Principal Financial Adviser to TecoTran Global Limited, Elvis provides strategic financial guidance across the company's operations, drawing on his expertise in financial reporting, financial modelling and forecasting, management reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, while his experience in end-to-end ERP system deployment aligns closely with TTG's mission of delivering scalable digital transformation solutions. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, and holds an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana.
